Welcome

At Donna’s Tax Service, we provide Income Tax Services to both individuals and businesses.  Donna Tatro established the business in 1982 and has been professionally preparing income tax returns since that time.  Donna participates and completes the necessary IRS continuing education requirements related to Form 1040 series federal tax return issues, ethics, and other federal tax law for the Annual Filing Season Program.

Rick Tatro joined Donna’s Tax Service in 2003 and has many years of administrative, human resource and office managerial skills and experience.

We are available year round for all your income tax needs.

Our Procedure

Once you have received your year end tax statements and documents, you may drop them off, mail, e-mail or fax them to us at your convenience.  A mail slot is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  As a guide line, I have also provided some lists under the “What to Bring” tab.  Please be sure to notify us if there have been any changes since last tax year, such as address, telephone number or change in the number of dependents you can claim.

All returns are filed electronically.  For faster refunds, direct deposit to your bank account is recommended, but not required.  Please provide us with your bank’s name, routing and account number.  A copy or voided check works well.  There are no additional fees for this service.

You will be notified by telephone as soon as your return is completed.  This is typically 10-14 days for basic personal returns and 21-28 days for more complex returns which include self-employment, business or rental forms.  You may then pick up your completed return any time during our office hours, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. every day, including weekends.  (January 22nd through April 15th).  Signature(s) and payment will be required at that time.  Cash and checks are the only forms of payment accepted.

We are no longer accepting new clients.
